Site Development

Open Cut Utility

Man-Con Inc. has installed several million feet of open cut pipe, including but not limited to water main, sanitary sewer, drainage, force mains, re-use mains and telecommunication lines. We are experienced in all types of pipe materials ranging from 2 – 72 inches in diameter and systems that deliver water from the source, to the plant, and on to the end user.

Urban Infrastucture Improvments

Beautification with utility installations / Community Redevelopment Agency / Capital Improvements / $200 million of neighborhood improvements consisting of upgrading old utilities and installations.

Telecommunications

Our work history includes several projects involving miles of duct, manholes, access vaults, directional drills and cable landings serving the telecom industry. Installations include submarine landings across the ocean floor from offshore cable laying ships to router and transfer stations on land with many of the stations located miles inland.
